ADOPT-A-ROAD
What is Adopt-a-Road?
Adopt-A-Road is a public service program whereby a volunteer group contracts with the Township to collect refuse and debris from a designated road right-of-way on a periodic basis.Get involved in Scugog's Adopt-a-Road program, and be a part of the preservation and enhancement of the Township of Scugog's roads system. Volunteer on your own, or with your family, neighbours, community group or business to donate time to take special care of a Township road right-of-way.
The program is an effective way for environmentally conscious individuals and community groups to show their civic pride by contributing to a cleaner and more scenic road system.
Volunteer groups must sign a pledge with the Township prior to adoption. Please click here for a copy of the Volunteer Group Pledge
