Municipal Office


The Clerk's Department provides secretarial services to the Council and Council standing committees. These duties include preparing agendas, notices of meetings, minutes and correspondence.

The agenda page for each meeting is posted as of the Friday preceding the indicated meeting date. If you would like to make a presentation to Committee, you must register with the Clerk's Department by 4:30pm on the Tuesday preceding the meeting at which you wish to appear.

Draft Minutes of the Council and Committee meetings will be posted as soon as possible. Final minutes will be posted once they are endorsed or adopted by Council generally at the next regular meeting.
