Due to the heavy snow fall and winds causing drifting, the Township of Scugog has declared a Significant Weather Event under the Municipal Act.
Please avoid all non-essential travel. If you must travel, take extra caution as roads are snow covered and may be dangerous. Blowing snow can reduce visibility and create white out situations.
Our crews are out in full force clearing snow, however, due to the amount of snow it will take longer than normal for crews to complete snow clearing operations.
