Line 8 Bridge NOTICE OF STUDY COMMENCEMENT
Amendment to Class Environmental Assessment
Bridge No. 9 Replacement on Scugog Line 8.
The Township of Scugog retained AECOM in 2017 to undertake a Class EA study for the Preliminary Design of Bridge No. 9 over the Nonquon River in accordance with the Municipal Class EA (2000, as amended 2007, 2011 and 2015). 5 tonnes per axleWeight restriction regulations will be enforced on Township of Scugog roads starting March 1 to May 31 each year. Weather conditions will determine the actual end to the enforcement season.
Vehicle loads are restricted to a maximum of FIVE TONNES per axle, in accordance with the Township of Scugog Traffic By-law.

ontario@2x A culvert is being replaced by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario on Highway 7A approximately 200m east of Highway 7/12 @ Manchester.  The construction works require Highway 7A eastbound to be closed at the culvert location from approximately November 24th until December 4th. Highway 7A westbound traffic will remain unaffected, with one lane of traffic maintained as per existing conditions. Due to the closure, a detour will be implemented.  Sidewalk will be provided...
