THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SCUGOG NOTICE TO PASS BY-LAWS (TO STOP UP AND CLOSE UNOPENED ROAD ALLOWANCES)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Scugog proposes to enact by-laws to stop up and close the following unopened road allowances, described as follows:

                      i.        a portion of the road allowance along 570 Scugog Line 4, between Lots 6 and 7, Concession 3, Reach, lying North of D3599, described as PIN 268110053, in the Township of Scugog

                    ii.        a portion of the road allowance described as Part Lot 7, Concession 3, Reach, PIN268110052, in the Township of Scugog

                   iii.        the road allowance along 12375 Ashburn Road, Part Lot 6, Concession 3, Reach, described as in RH3289, PIN 268110049, in the Township of Scugog


The proposed by-laws will come before Council at a regular meeting of Council to be held at a future date to be advertised and at that time Council will hear in person, or by their counsel, solicitor or agent, any person who claims their land will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
