2024 Draft Operating Budget Public Open House

The Draft Operating Budget will be presented to council on Monday, March 4, and is scheduled to be presented to the community for further input on Thursday, March 7. The Operating budget outlines Scugog's plan for delivery of services to the public as well as the level of those services. The operating budget reflects the financial requirements to maintain the day-to-day delivery of municipal services to residents and to fund the reserves needed to finance the capital program and promote financial sustainability.

In addition to the recent budget survey, the Public Open House provides an opportunity to review and give comment on the proposed list of operating services.

Input from the community is a vital part of the budget planning process. Please attend the upcoming budget Open House:
