Property Taxes

The Township of Scugog collects taxes on behalf of the Region of Durham, the School Boards and the Township. To determine the amount of taxes to be levied against a property, the Township multiplies the assessed value of a property by the approved tax rate of the Region, the School Boards and the Township.
