General Purpose and Administration Committee – March 2, 2026

• Delegation from a group of residents regarding the status of the Lishman Memorial Project.
• Delegation regarding the Land Use Agreement for Port Perry Lakefront Farmer's Market with the request to waive the hydro fees for the 2026 season.
• Delegation from CareMore Landscaping regarding Updated Pool Enclosure Bylaw.
• Presentation from Emergency Management Group regarding the Township of Scugog Fire & Emergency Services Fire Master Plan.
• Strategic Asset Management Policy Update report was received
• Proposed Parks Bylaw Fishing amendment report was received
• Contract Award for River Street Rehabilitation report was received
• Request from the 2026 Dragon Boat Festival organization to waive all applicable rental fees associated with the event in Palmer Park was received.

• Correspondence from the Port Perry Agricultural Society President Paul Puckrin regarding the Your Voice, Your Fairgrounds visioning exercise.

• Presentation and report regarding Zoning By-law Amendment (Z/08/2025) – 10651 Old Scugog Road
• Update from staff regarding the Development Application Process Review Implementation Plan

Council Meeting - March 23, 2026

• Presentation from the Township of Uxbridge regarding Uxbridge-Scugog Animal Shelter Update
• Advisory committees were reviewed and discussed including the approval of heritage designations for Caesar Cemetery and Cartwright Old Town Hall, a heritage grant approval for Meta4, and discussions around the continuation of the Environmental Committee calendar when the committee has concluded for this Council Term. 
• Council received the Ombudsman Report - July 9, 2025, Closed Meeting Complaint
