How may we help you? The Township of Scugog is seeking input to gauge how our current service levels measure up

A strategic priority for Scugog council and staff is that we always strive to provide service excellence for our residents. As part of our efforts to reach this standard, we have engaged Blackline Consulting to lead a review of our services and current organizational processes. Blackline will provide recommendations to council based on community feedback regarding our structure, types of service delivery methods and efficiencies. The objective of the Service Delivery and Organizational Review is to ensure we are serving the community in an efficient and effective manner. A key step in the project is gathering feedback from community stakeholders, residents, and businesses that interact with the Township.

Starting September 12, our engagement platform My Scugog, Our Community will open for residents to provide feedback on our services. A survey will be available over the next three weeks with a range of questions about your experience of the services the Township provides, how much you value the work we do, and whether you would like to see the township provide different services. This survey and the open comment forum will provide key insights for Blackline to review, and the data gathered will inform the recommendations for how Scugog can best serve you.

Please visit my.scugog.ca/services to give us your feedback and as a thank you, all participants will be entered into a draw for a chance to win one of two 10-ticket skate passes for the Scugog Community Recreation Centre! A report with survey findings as well as recommendations is expected to be presented to council by late fall. General questions on the review may be directed to yuriy.baskin@blacklineconsulting.ca

"The Township of Scugog is committed to providing exceptional service to our residents. We have been doing a lot to modernize the use of technology and improve services for our community, however there is always room for improvement. I hope that residents take the time to respectfully provide their feedback through the My Scugog platform to help us make a difference."
