Notice of Reconvened Special Council Meeting to be held Tuesday, September 5, 2023.

Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Scugog will reconvene the recessed Special Council meeting from Wednesday, August 30, 2023, on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001. The meeting will take place in the basement boardroom of the Municipal Office

The following matter will continue to be considered when Council reconvenes:

• A Confidential Presentation regarding the CAO Performance Review*
  *This item will be handled in closed session as per Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act.
