Notice of Special Council Meeting on Monday, March 9, 2026

Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Scugog will hold a Special Council meeting on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. pursuant to Section 240 of the Municipal Act, 2001. The meeting will take place in Council Chambers located at 181 Perry Street, Port Perry. The following matter will be considered at this meeting, including a staff report:

•    Port Perry Fairgrounds Community Outreach Interim Report

The agenda will be published and available for the public to view as of Thursday, March 5, 2026.

Any public wishing to delegate to a matter on the agenda will have the opportunity to submit delegation requests, pending they have not delegated on the same matter in the past six (6) months. Received delegation requests will be included in an addendum to be issued Friday, March 6, 2026. Requests must be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2026, for inclusion on the addendum. 

Following this Special Council meeting, Mayor and Council will continue with the regularly scheduled Planning and Community Affairs Committee Meeting at 6:30 p.m. on March 9, 2026, in the Council Chambers at 181 Perry Street, Port Perry.
