Notice of Special Council Meeting to be held Monday, February 5, 2024, ahead of the regularly scheduled General Purpose Administration Committee Meeting

Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Scugog will hold a Special Council meeting on Monday, February 5th at 12:30 p.m., ahead of the regularly scheduled General Purpose Administration Committee Meeting. The Special Council meeting is pursuant to Section 240 of the Municipal Act, 2001. The meeting will take place in Council Chambers located at 181 Perry Street, Port Perry.

The following matter will be considered at this meeting:

  • A Lease Agreement between the Township of Scugog and Port Perry Marina*

    *This item will be handled in closed session as per Section 239(2)(c) of the Municipal Act, 2001.
