Notice of Special Council Meeting to be held Monday, January 15, 2024, ahead of the regularly scheduled Planning and Community Affairs Meeting.

Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Scugog will hold a Special Council meeting on Monday, January 15^th at 5:00 p.m., ahead of the regularly scheduled Planning and Community Affairs Committee Meeting. The Special Council meeting is pursuant to Section 240 of the Municipal Act, 2001. The meeting will take place in Council Chambers located at 181 Perry Street, Port Perry.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider a lease agreement, which will be handled in closed session, pursuant to Section 240 (2)(c) of the Municipal Act, 2001, to discuss a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board.
