Notice of Special Council Meeting to be held Monday, July 31, 2023

Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Scugog will hold a Special Council meeting pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, on Monday, July 31, 2023 at 2:30 p.m., in Council Chambers*.

The following matters will be considered at this meeting:

• A report concerning the Town Hall 1873 Bell Tower Project
• A by-law to appoint Building Officials for the Township of Scugog

The meeting agenda will be available online by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 28, 2023, through the Council meeting schedule, at scugog.ca/council

*As per section 1.17 of the Township of Scugog Procedural By-law, members of Council may attend a meeting of Council, electronically with permission of the Mayor and when notice is provided to the Clerk in advance.
