Notice of Time Change to the scheduled Regular Council Meeting of Monday, June 23, 2025
Please take notice that; the previously scheduled Council meeting of Monday, June 23, 2025, originally scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. will now begin at 4:00 p.m.
The meeting will begin in closed session to consider the following matter:
- One (1) Confidential Report to discuss litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board, pursuant to Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act, 2001, and to discuss advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, pursuant to Section 239(2)(f) with respect to a decision of appeal from the Ontario Land Tribunal.
The closed session portion of the meeting will not be livestreamed or open to the public.
The open session of the meeting is scheduled to commence at 5:30 p.m.
The agenda will be published and available for the public to view as of Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 8:30 a.m.
