Townships Aware of Unauthorized Entity Promoting Animal Shelter Merchandise
The Townships of Scugog and Uxbridge are aware of an unauthorized third party promoting and selling products featuring the Uxbridge-Scugog Animal Shelter logo.
Please note that neither the Township of Scugog nor the Township of Uxbridge is affiliated with this entity. Members of the public are advised that these sales are not connected to either the existing shelter or the new shelter project and are considered fraudulent.
Both Townships are addressing the matter. Any legitimate fundraising initiatives in support of the Uxbridge-Scugog Animal Shelter will be communicated through official Township channels, including the Township of Scugog and Township of Uxbridge websites.
