Union Avenue Closure – Intersection of Union Avenue & Josephine Street

A full closure is scheduled for the intersection of Union Avenue and Josephine Street Monday, April 13, 2026, to Tuesday, April 21, 2026, for construction.

No through traffic will be allowed for the duration of the closure. Access to Union Avenue through King Street will be maintained throughout the construction, with local traffic and emergency vehicle access maintained on Union Avenue and Josephine Street. The following detour will be put in place to navigate around the area:

• Old Simcoe Road at King Street intersection to:
  • Victoria Street
  • Union Avenue

Thank you for your patience during this closure. We understand that the work is disruptive and will make every effort to reopen the road as soon as possible.
