Building and Renovating

The Building department is a division of the Township of Scugog's Development Services department. The Building department:

• Provides advice about building construction
• Reviews building permit applications
• Conducts building inspections, including heating and plumbing inspections.

NOTE: All inspection requests or alternative solutions for inspections for occupied buildings shall be approved by the Chief Building Official
