Fall Events at the Museum

Scugog – Spooky season is almost upon us, and what better way to celebrate then visiting the Scugog Shores Museum Village for some extraordinary events? Join us at 16210 Island Road for any of these spook-tacular spectacles but be warned: you may leave with heightened levels of Halloween spirit!

Museum After Dark - September 27 - 6:30 to 11:00 p.m.

On National Ghost Hunting Day, join the Paranormal Seekers to explore the Museum Village after dark. Join Paranormal Seekers as they investigate what happens at the museum when the sun goes down.

Carnival of Chaos Murder Mystery – October 18 – 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Back by popular demand! The Carnival is in town for our latest Murder Mystery event. Explore the museum grounds with magicians, fortune tellers, and more to find clues tickets

Spooky Tours - Every Friday from now to October 31

Join Museum staff in a guided tour of the Village during this spooky season. Discover chilling tales about Scugog's past - crime, urban legends, and ghost tales are all included!

For the Kiddos – Adventures at the Booseum – Oct 25 – 1:00 p.m.

Adventures at the Booseum is back for it's 7th annual run! This family friendly event explores the traditions of the Halloween season. Learn to carve a pumpkin and trick-or-treat around the village. Costumes are welcome - and encouraged! Admission is pay-what-you-can.
