The Township of Scugog has many programs, services and projects thanks to volunteer efforts throughout the community. To provide support for these efforts, we offer grant opportunities for organizations.
The Community Grant Fund supports not-for-profit groups that provide our community with great programs and services. Grants are provided to help organizations:

Submissions are invited to apply for proceeds from the 2015 Annual Fore Scugog Charity Golf Tournament hosted by the Township of Scugog. Funds will be awarded at the 2016 Fore Scugog Charity Golf Tournament on September 15, 2016.
The Township of Scugog hosts the Annual Fore Scugog Charity Golf Tournament raising money to support youth initiatives in the community. Money raised at this event goes to youth, youth groups, clubs and other community youth programs. You can apply for a Fore Scugog Youth Initiative Grant as an individual or as a group representative, if you are:
Submissions are to be mailed to the Township of Scugog, Golf Proceeds Committee - Confidential, 181 Perry St., PO Box 780, Port Perry, ON L9L 1A7 or emailed to email@example.com or faxed to 905-985-9914 and will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10th, 2016 (late submissions will not be recognized and will be ineligible for funding).

The Golf Proceeds Committee will use the criteria and objective to determine distribution of the funds. Please note only parties selected will be contacted. If you are not sure if a youth initiative or youth group is eligible, we encourage you to submit a request or contact us for further information. The Annual Fore Scugog Charity Golf Tournament has a fund set up to support do-it-yourself programs for youths.
Complete a Do-It-Yourself Grant Application and include a letter that explains why you are applying for the grant, what the funds will be used for and any other information about why your program should receive support.
