The Township of Scugog is always working hard to make homes and buildings safer, healthier and more accessible.

Scugog is pleased to offer residents, builders and the business community Cloudpermit; an online system to apply for and track your building permits. We are continuing to work hard to introduce additional online services and more efficient processes. Please be patient as we continue to make these improvements to serve you better.

The Building and Planning departments of the Township of Scugog manage many processes, including:

All building and planning applications are reviewed by the Building and Planning Staff to ensure they meet the Ontario Building Code and are zoning compliant.
