I've received a tax bill even though I am enrolled in the pre-authorized payment plan, do I have to pay it?
No you do not have to make any payments. The bill is for your records only. We will notify you anytime the amount being taken out of your bank account changes.
I've received a notice of arrears, but the amount I have to pay is $6.00 higher than the interest charged?
Penalty is calculated at a rate of 1.25 percent, and a $6.00 reminder notice fee is added to the roll every time a notice is mailed.
My mortgage company pays my taxes, why did I receive a final tax bill?
Final tax bills are sent out to all property owners and are for your records. You will see your mortgage company listed as a mortgage holder on the top of your bill. If you do not, then please contact your mortgage company.
