Congratulatory Certificates

Mayor Wilma Wotten is pleased to issue congratulatory letters and certificates to residents and businesses of the Township of Scugog who are celebrating a milestone or significant event (milestone birthday, anniversary or opening).

To request a certificate, we require the following information:

• Your name and contact information
• Full name(s)and address of the recipient(s)
• Address of where the certificate and letter are to be mailed (you can also let us know if you'd like to pick it up in person)
• The occasion being celebrated and the date of the occasion (birthday or anniversary)
• The date when the certificate is required
