The Strategic Plan is developed to act as a guide for Council and Staff with identified priorities. It is important to note that this plan is intended to carry-on and evolve over each term of Council and into the future. Initiatives will be carried out during the term of Council, however, a few of the items will be achieved over longer periods of time.
Annually throughout the term of Council, a Strategic Plan Report Card will be developed to review the progress of the Strategic Plan to summarize and highlight the achievements, projects and initiatives that have been delivered as well as those that are still considered on going.
